The first of the two installments will air this Sunday, Dec. 3, at 3 p.m. (EST) on SPEED Channel. The second will air the following Sunday (Dec. 10) at 3 p.m. on SPEED.
"This should be pretty cool for fans of motorsports in general," said Carr. "It's not too often you're going to witness a motorcycle traveling in excess of 350 miles per hour. These two programs on SPEED should be pretty epic."
Shot by longtime motorcycle television event producer Chet Burks (Chet Burks Productions) and narrated by the most recognizable voice in the motorcycle industry - Dave Despain from SPEED - this Sunday's airing of the 2006 Bonneville Salt Flats FIM/AMA Sports - International Motorcycle Speed Trials by BUB will be one of the most comprehensive efforts of documenting the legendary race in television history.
"I love Bonneville because it's the last bastion of unlimited racer innovation and ingenuity," said Despain. "If you can imagine it and build it, then Bonneville is the place to see how fast it will go. The idea of doing 350 mph on two wheels is pretty outrageous on the face of it. And as far as I'm concerned this is an absolute 'must see' on SPEED."
